At VERY Magazines, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscriptions and other purchases.
1. Subscription Refunds
Refunds for magazine subscriptions are subject to the following terms:
- Ruby Plan (₹159/month – Digital Access Only): No refunds will be issued for this plan. Once purchased, the subscription is non-refundable.
- Emerald Plan (₹399/month – Print + Digital Access): Refunds will only be considered in the case of non-delivery or physical damage to the magazine. In such cases, a 50% refund will be issued. The remaining 50% covers digital access, which is non-refundable.
- Refund requests for damaged or missing magazines must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
2. Non-Delivery or Damaged Items
If your physical magazine is not delivered or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will either issue a 50% refund or offer a replacement, at our discretion.
- Digital content will remain accessible regardless of delivery issues.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Digital subscriptions or downloadable content (Ruby plan or part of Emerald).
- Subscriptions beyond the 14-day refund window.
- Shipping charges (unless the error is on our part).
